Bullying is undesired, repeated intentional harm to an individual who is not capable of defending himself. It is a form of aggressive behaviour in which there is a perceived or real imbalance of power. Bullying occurs in schools, workplace and the latest form of bullying, cyberbullying has evolved due to technology. Several forms of bullying have been identified, it may involve making threats, spreading rumours, physical and or verbal attacks or excluding the individual from a group intentionally.
